"Rude and not very helpful. I switched over to this agent when I moved which was a huge mistake. I was never contacted by anyone when I first switched over. Then my rate starts going up every few months. Now once again, my rate has gone up over $100 with no explanation. This location is a rip off and they give the worst customer service. You call and ask for help and they do nothing. They don’t follow through with anything. The whole office is the reason why I’m leaving State Farm once and for all."

"I've insured my vehicles through Wayne Weather's State Farm office for more than 20 years as well as my other insurance needs. Every few years I get competitive bids from other insurers, but their premiums consistently remained competitive. I've had several claims over the years. Wayne and his team have always maintained a high level of service. Recently my premium spiked up on a vehicle. Danielle from Wayne's office called me to verify my mileage before I was aware of it. I found my last smog test had mistakenly reported an excess of 70,000 miles to the DMV ! She quickly got my premium lowered back down, even a little lower than I was previously paying. "State Farm Insurance has been my only auto, renters and later in my life my home insurance company since I was 18; I’m now in my seventies. I have changed agents from time to time because agents retire or because of changes in my location unfortunately in the last four years I have been forced to change agents three times because the agents had not serviced my needs. My needs are not complicated nor are they time consuming; but I do insist that the upkeep of my insurance be completed in a reasonable timeframe. I chose Wayne Weather after researching his Google and Yelp feedback and reviews and I must share with you that the reviews are accurate and truthful, in my opinion, Wayne is the best agent I have ever had. The office of Wayne Weathers has updated my insurance within twenty four hours of any request I have made and answered my questions in the same day of taking my call, I was instantly covered with proper insurance when I purchased my new car and six months later when I bought my new van; each time I called from the new car dealership and each time, proof of insurance was faxed from Waynes office to the dealer before I drove the vehicles off the lot. On occasion State Farm Insurance will send me an email requesting information that I feel is ridiculous and I can’t understand why they are asking me this, I call Wayne’s office and ask David what the email means, David will explain it to me, and most times David tell me that he will take care of it. i recently was rear ended at a stop light and filed a collision claim with State Farm. All i did was call Waynes office, spoke to David, after a short conversation mostly asking if I was injured in the accident, I emailed David the photos I took of the others person’s driver’s license, insurance and registration and that’s all I did; no forms to fill out and no complicated communication; later the same day a State Farm claims representative called me asked a few questions, such as “was I hurt, is the van drivable”, (yes the van was drivable)” told me to take my van to any body shop I wanted to make the repair and told me if i needed a rental car, I’d get one. Compared this experience to about three years ago, I had a claim, when I called my then agent, I was given an 800 number to call and was wished “GOOD LUCK” it was a horrible experience, I had to buy a scanner, I had to upload documents; soon after the claim was settled I went looking for another agent and found Wayne, now I go around every day with the assurance that whatever happens, I’m covered So in closing, if you’re looking for a State Farm agent, you won’t go wrong going with Wayne and David"
