Wayne Weathers

Welcome to the Wayne Weathers State Farm office. I am proud to serve individuals, families, and business owners throughout San Bruno, CA and the surrounding Peninsula communities. Helping people protect what matters most, from their family to their livelihood, has always been at the heart of my work. Our third‐generation agency has proudly served customers since 1947, and I grew up right here in San Mateo County, where I also raised my family. I earned degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Oregon State University in 1986, and as a small business owner myself, I understand the unique challenges business owners face. That perspective allows me to better support customers with Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance needs, whether they are protecting a household, a growing company, or plan for the future. Outside the office, I am an avid San Francisco Bay and coastal sailor and remain deeply committed to serving my community. I am passionate about fundraising for the Bay Area Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and have been actively involved in leadership roles with the Foster City C.E.R.T. program through the local fire department since 1996, now serving with SMCFD C.E.R.T. Teaching emergency preparedness and supporting neighbors has long been an important part of both my personal and professional life.
